Overview

Syncing your google calendar, contacts and other information on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch can seem complicated. The following slides will give you step by step instructions to help make the process easy and hassle free.

Step 1

Click 'Settings' app on your home screen.

Tap on the 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars' option.

Tap the 'Add Account' option.

Tap on the 'Exchange' option on the screen.

Now enter your Google email address and password in the correct fields then tap next.

In the 'Server' field you will enter m.google.com as the server address and leave the Domain field blank.

In the 'Username' field enter your google email again and if your password did not pre-fill you will need to enter that again as well and then tap next.

Now you will select which Google services you want to sync, such as 'Calendar', and then tap 'Save'. You can select more than one Google service to sync if you want to sync more than just your Calendar.

Way to go! Google Sync should be up and running on your iOS device now and should synchronize automatically if you have push enabled on your device.
